How Do I Handle YOUR Data?

 

I have one Golden Rule, NEVER Presume.  I will NEVER share your FILM or clips with anyone on my website or socials.. EVER, unless you give me written consent.

Regardless if it is work related, or for personal reasons  PRIVACY is a massive concern for many people. So here is my process.

Pre Booking/Enquiry:

  1. Fill out contact form requesting brochure.

  2. You receive an automated text message when I respond to your enquiry & again when enquiry is closed.

  3. Your phone number is deleted 21 days from enquiry.

  4. Your enquiry will receive 3 emails if no booking is made; a follow up, a chance to ask questions, and finally an email to let you know your information is being deleted.

    Booking:

  • Step 1: You fill out the booking form either Consenting or Not to social sharing.

  • Step 2: I FILM, giving the opportunity for guests to come forward with their expressed wishes to not be included in your FILM.

  • Step 3: Upon receipt of your data I make 3 separate encrypted back ups and begin the edit process.

  • Step 4: The edit process begins and is completed. Once you are satisfied with the final FILM, 2 of the back-up drives are deleted & one remaining protected drive is kept in case of future loss on your behalf.

  • Step 5: The FILM is placed on a private host, where YOU decide if its public or private. If you select Private you will be issued a secure link and Password.

  • Step 6: If you give consent your FILM will be shared on FILM BY SIMON socials.

CONSENT CAN BE REMOVED AT ANY TIME & ALL DATA WILL BE DELETED ON REQUEST
